Cougar Bowl Apparel is a custom apparel company based in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. We make the entire order process seamless, from design to delivery, while focusing on outstanding customer service and always being available when you need us.
We handle jobs of all sizes, and if a project isn’t the right fit for our capabilities, we’ll be honest about it and gladly point you to trusted local partners who can help.
Our specialties include custom apparel decoration using screen-printed transfers, embroidery, and creating online stores for teams, groups, businesses and organizations. We pride ourselves on clear communication, consistent quality, and on-time delivery.
Our History
Cougar Bowl Apparel was founded in January 2022 after Chad, looking for a new creative outlet when his eldest son, Jackson, left for college, bought a single t-shirt press from Amazon and built a website. What started as a small side project quickly grew. By the end of the first year, embroidery was added, and just three years later, Cougar Bowl Apparel now fulfills thousands of orders annualy and provides contract embroidery services for other local decorators.
What is a "Cougar Bowl"?
A Cougar Bowl is none other than Palmyra Area School District’s famous lunch menu item. Coming in at a whopping 590 calories, it is comprised of a mashed potato base, popcorn chicken nuggets, corn, cheese, and gravy. With both Chad and his two sons graduating from Palmyra he knew right away this had to be his brand name. Not only was it a delicious meal that made the cafeteria lines longer than usual, but it now serves as a feeling of nostalgia to those who grew up looking forward to seeing Cougar Bowl on the lunch menu.
In the Community
We proudly support local schools, sports teams, and booster clubs through sponsorship and community partnerships. From offering free or heavily discounted shirts for school events to helping programs raise funds and build spirit, we’re committed to giving back. We’re also honored to serve as a Premier Sponsor for PHS Mini-THON, supporting the Four Diamonds Foundation and childhood cancer research.
